Rehabilitation Services
Whether a person needs long-term or short-term rehabilitation, Rosary Care Center offers both options. Our staff seeks to serve the whole person – heart, mind, body, and soul. Each resident’s needs are unique. By talking with them, their family and their physician, our therapists can determine the best plan for recovery.

The key to restoring physical function, physical therapy focuses on training and exercising the patient’s body to restore movement, balance, and coordination. This is critical during recovery from an illness, surgery, or a stroke.

The goal of occupational therapy is to help our residents relearn the everyday activities that have been part of their standard of living. Whether impaired by a stroke, accident, dementia, or other chronic condition, we help patients become as independent as possible to improve their quality of life.

Our speech therapy is here to help residents relearn language skills, develop new ways to communicate, or develop coping skills to deal with the frustration of not being able to communicate fully. Many residents are able to regain some if not all of their language abilities, with time and patience.
