Job Summary:
State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)
- Under the direct supervision of the charge nurse, the State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) performs basic nursing assistant duties.
- Provides for the comfort, safety and hygiene of our residents.
- The State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) assists residents in maintaining levels of independence and promotes the best possible quality of life for those residents we serve.
- Able to communicate in a kind and caring manor.
- Ability to maintain resident dignity.
- Provides resident with choices in their decision making process.
- Works closely with the charge nurse to ensure excellence in care delivery.
Requirements : State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)
- State tested certification required (STNA).
- Motivated, Self-Starter with an outstanding work history.
- Previous experience as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) preferred but not required.

Job Summary:
Registered Nurse
- Provide daily nursing care to residents.
- Provide oversight and supervision to nursing assistants.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
- Complete required daily documentation as required by local, state and federal rules and regulations.
- Ability to react quickly and decisively in an emergency situation.
- Ability to maintain resident dignity and privacy.
- Competently perform basic nursing skills.
Requirements
- Must possess an active RN license to practice in Ohio.
- Must possess, at a minimum, a nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
- Valid CPR certification
- Previous RN experience preferred but not required.
